My mother believed that our computer could not go online.
Perhaps it had something to do with the router or the mouse (which apparently doesn't operate for her), or maybe the computer itself was just frozen.

Lo and behold, when she asks me to attempt to fix the problem, I find there is no problem to fix. The technology works flawlessly for me.

I am somewhat bemused. But certainly not ungrateful.
